Spirit of EuropeOne year ago, I flew into London for the first time to begin a tour around Europe with Topdeck on their Spirit of Europe tour.

To say I enjoyed my time in Europe would be an understatement, and as the one year anniversary of my trip approached, the feeling of wanting to be back there again intensified greatly.

So while I cannot be physically there, I have decided to relive the best part of the trip, the food, by following the trip’s itinerary and recreating foods that I ate or that are traditionally eaten in the countries I visited.
